TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local government. Payment to the relevant authority is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees.

On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to notify JOANNA YOUN of the situation.

RETURNS

To Initiate a return, please contact us at joannayunlee@gmail.com. Include the order number found on your order confirmation.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned later than 14 days will not be accepted.

JOANNA YOUN does not provide direct exchanges. We ask that you return your purchase for a full refund and place a new order at your earliest convenience. 

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain attached. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as received in case they need to be returned for any reason.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
